Return Policy
We offer returns, exchanges, or refunds within 2 days from the date of purchase/delivery. If more than 2 days have passed, you will not be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.
If a customer requests an exchange or return, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our designated warehouse address. The exchange process will only begin once the returned item is received and passes inspection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange
- Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the item is found to be defective or damaged, subject to verification
- Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable, and such items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding receipt of the item
- After successful quality checks, your return/exchange/refund request will be processed as per this policy
